Nahyary Araya

Nahyary Araya is a Costa Rican artist who works primarily with watercolor, oil, and acrylic, drawing inspiration from the nature, wildlife, and landscapes of Costa Rica. (Full biography coming soon.)

Her Process

Each piece grows out of Nahyary's fascination with Costa Rican nature and wildlife — from the flight of a hummingbird to the shimmer of a morpho butterfly — worked in watercolor, oil, and acrylic depending on what the piece calls for.
